Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within of 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday

**all orders are sent "signature required"

Orders to UK addresses are sent via 1 to 2 day shipping.  

Orders shipped to Europe are sent via 2 to 3 day shipping.

Return Guidelines

Incorrect products may be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund.

For items that arrive damaged, we will require a photo of the broken product upon receipt.  European customers will receive a refund.

For refunds of non-defective or broken items, product must be in original condition and packaging. Once your order is received and processed, you will be notified via email.  

Shipping & Handling Fees

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, Beachware, LLC will cover the cost of the return shipping.

To send a damaged, defective or incorrect product back to us, include the original shipping invoice that accompanied your Beach Glass and indicate reason for exchange on the back of the invoice. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address, where your exchange will be processed:
